GRAIN CROP

REDUCING PRICING
AND DISTRIBUTION
TIMES.

GrainCorp is a prominent global agribusiness and food-ingredients processor that operates across four continents and serves customers in more than 30 countries. GrainCorp's broad range of services includes grain storage, handling, marketing, and malt and oilseed processing, enabling their customers to meet the demands of a fast-growing global population.

the
challenge

GrainCorp enlisted RWW Group as a strategic partner in 2007 following an extensive tender process. With 34 sites spanning eastern Australia - including silos at rail heads, ports in coastal cities, and regional offices - GrainCorp required a full range of PPE, uniform, and safety consumables for both operational and corporate staff.

With over 1700 employees uploaded into TAMS, RWW Group has granted GrainCorp total control over uniform expenditure. Prior to partnering with RWW Group, GrainCorp faced several challenges, including decentralised purchasing at site level, inconsistent branding, and a lack of budget control and staff allocation tracking. RWW Group's procurement strategy process addressed these issues, providing consistent branding and a more efficient, cost-effective approach.
