Company Profile
Since the introduction of high visibility (“Hi Vis”) requirements in 1993, the Australian regulatory landscape around PPE and work apparel has evolved into a complex matrix of legislation, regulation, and standards – particularly in so far as occupational health and safety is affected. Our customers began facing increasingly onerous and expensive regulatory and compliance risks, alongside those to their brands and reputations. They began asking us not only for world-class, high performance apparel and PPE, but also for assistance in managing the complex, costly and in many ways unique supply chains peculiar to such specialist products.
Responding directly to our customers’ cries for help, we committed to a strategy of complementing what were already (and remain to this day) world-class products with a managed service capability to centralise, automate and integrate the entire order-to-pay cycle for PPE and apparel. Along the way, we have strongly resisted – at times to our considerable cost, the industry-wide temptation to “de-engineer” our range and service quality. Refusing to sacrifice quality and performance, we have stayed true to our customers and our strategy, and maintained focus on innovation, product development and service quality.
