How did MMG get involved with RWW Group?

• MMG were in the market for a new supplier for the supply of their workwear and footwear across their Australian operations and head offices. MMG required a provider to streamline our uniform procurement supply chain and provide a quicker turnaround time for embroidered clothing orders to all our locations.

What was the reason that you chose RWW Group?

• Service levels were exceptional, uniform apparel management software was exactly meeting our requirements, price point was on par and their responsiveness was exceptional.

Was price more important that delivery, service, and quality?

• Price, did form part of the selection, although was not the final factor in the decision making process. Price in conjunction with service, quality, software, reporting etc, were all taken into consideration.

What has your experience been with our products/services and what value you feel we provide? 

• Since trialing RWW, we have found the level of service and responsiveness to our business was far from just a sales pitch. It is great to see RWW share one of MMG core values, which is we do what we say, and is actually what we have seen so far. Service and DIFOT have also improved remarkably from where it was prior to working with RWW.

How has working with us changed the way your company does business? 

• As the contract manager for PPE Clothing, working with RWW reduced the noise we used to get from site re delays in receiving safety clothing.

• RWW have just the right blend, the feel of a small organisation with their personalised approach to service and capabilities of any large operation, to meet all the needs and requirements for our business.

• RWW have great software to provide an overview of all the information you need.  The chat window in the online ordering assists users when placing orders. These are just some of the tools which show the commitment to their customer. They are forward thinking and innovative in the space in which they operate and make doing business easy.
