  • The 48 Hour Despatch Promise is strictly applicable to specified products at the advertised pricing shown in our publications with the 48 Hour Despatch Guarantee icons. Where that product ordered is out of stock RWW reserves the right to supply the closet alternative brand product.
  • Should the advertised product and alternative products become unavailable, the client will be notified and the 48 hour Despatch Promise will not be applicable.
  • The 48 hour Despatch Promise does not include the setting up time, and approval of new logo files.
  • The 48 Hour Despatch Promise does not include the sourcing of Heat pressed logo’s.
  • The 48 Hour Despatch Promise does not include large logo’s or logo’s which have a stitch count of more than 4000 stitches.
  • The 48 Hour Despatch Promise does not include logo’s that have thread colours that are not held in stock.
